Shipping Information

Orders are usually despatched within 48hrs. We will notify you if we do 
not have in stock the item(s) you want and will advise you of availability.

If you wish Special Next Day Delivery please phone your order in before 2pm. We charge £6 for Special Delivery (On Friday for Saturday delivery £8). UK addresses only.

Usual delivery times:  UK 1-3 days; Europe 3-5 days; Other destinations 5-7 days.

Europe and the Rest of the World shipping is by 'International Signed For' so make sure there is likely to be someone available to receive the package.

There are no Duty charges for US and Canadian customers on orders under $100.

Your complete satisfaction is our lifetime Guarantee. If you need to return your 
garment because you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, we will refund the cost of the garment so long as it is returned to us in re-saleable condition with swing tickets attached. Please ensure that the garment is folded carefully in the clear plastic bag that you received it in. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery service for your own protection.

If you are returning a garment because of a defect or because of an error on our part we will refund both the outgoing postage and the return postage.

 We would ask you to pay postage one way for exchanges. If you are returning a garment for exchange please make sure that is folded carefully in the clear plastic bag that you received it in and that the swing tickets are included. Make sure that you include either a copy of the invoice or your name and address and what you wish to exchange it for. We don't impose any time limit on returns.

Please use a recorded delivery service.

Your address details are held only for the purpose of processing your order and preserving a record of it. We do not have access to nor hold any of the details of the card with which you paid for the order. That information is retained by World Pay and is not divulged to us.
