Please forgive my tardy response but thank you very much for sending through the Togz jackets for Sam and Ben.  They have had great delight in trying them on and using a torch in the living room with the lights off to make each others reflective strips glow – hours of entertainment.  Ben fits his perfectly so I will be able to feedback on that one soon and Sam will need to grow a little for his but at the rate he is going he will be in it properly in a matter of months.

Thank you so much for the very prompt delivery.  I was surprised to find that it was a Childs Warm and Dry as the 90cm isn't on the web and I had actually had to order the toddler 90cm.  However it fits beautifully.  Matilda did in fact use her larger one the day and even though she looked as if she had been blown up like a balloon she was soon swinging and sliding in the park !  Thank you again.  Gail Lewis

I’m impressed with the customer service you offer – replacing my child jacket that was 2 or 3 years old was above and beyond what I would expect.

All I wanted was to pay for a minor repair to the reflective tape on the back.

Many thanks to you.  By way of recognition can we offer the follwoing commendation of Togz dungarees:

We are now on to our fourth pair of Waterproof Dungaree Overtrousers, as our kids have grown.  The dungarees have stood us in good stead, and been a constant companion on treks and scrambles.  They are comfortable enough in their design and fit that our kids can put them on first thing and wear them all day.  A great product, perfect for the Scottish Climate!

Thank you, I received my order today and took it to my grand daughter Ruby, who is 2 and a half and she immediately put it on and went outside in the rain and puddles with her wellies!  She was thrilled to bits!  Her dad and mum were delighted with the cosiness and beautifully made garment.

We have used Togz for all of my 3 children using your 'all in one's' we love them.  Unfortunately, after yet another great walk one very muddy walk. One of the 'all in ones' was left on the floor for our puppy to get a hold off....

The suit is in great condition despite the use/aduse it has had... but the dog has chewed the zip and a small section..

Do you sell  repairs kits or replacement zips??  I would love to buy one, please.. We must be able  to bring this back to life.
